Things To Keep In Mind As You Book
House is not suitable for childer or the elderly as it has many dark, steep areas with many stairs as well as
delicate, sharp items and no child-proofing
Cleaning available upon request for additional charge
Well-trained, house-broken pets are welcome, subject to additional cleaning fee per pet
The entire house and grounds are non-smoking
Town has strict noise and gathering size bylaws. All groups will have to comply with towns requirments
House can only accomidate a maximum of 18 people overnight
Groups will need to provide additional details upon booking
